Leyendo Juntos (We Read Together!) is a family-centered literacy program in Spanish that celebrates bilingual learning and helps children to read at grade level by third grade.

Creemos que toda familia puede ser una familia lectora.
Leyendo Juntos trabaja con escuelas, bibliotecas y aliados
comunitarios para ofrecer libros bilingües, eventos familiares y
apoyo en lectura a las familias hispanas en Winchester, Virginia.

Que Hacemos
 We host reading circles, storytimes, and hands-on activities that make reading fun, engaging, and part of everyday life even in "unusual places" like the laundromat!! Organizamos círculos de lectura, cuentos y actividades interactivas que hacen la lectura divertida y parte de la vida diaria. |  We give free English and Spanish books to children so families can build their own home libraries and enjoy reading together. Ofrecemos libros gratuitos en inglés y español para que las familias creen sus propias bibliotecas en casa y disfruten la lectura juntas. |  We share simple tools and guidance to help families feel confident supporting learning at home.  We focus on helping children reach reading proficiency by third grade, setting a strong foundation for their future.
